This October is a great time to sharpen your writing skills. There are a great number of literary events happening and I wanted to take a minute and bring you up to date.

The Frank Yerby Award

Yerby Award

The Augusta Literary Festival is sponsoring the Frank Yerby Award. This award is open to authors who published in 2012. Contest opens October 1, 2012 and closes October 31, 2012 with winners announced in March at the Literary Festival.
